Ladder Numbering

User Settings for theAdvanced Ladder with Register Based Addressing Editor and the Advanced Ladder with Variable Based Addressing Editor can be accessed from any one of the following options:

Option 1: Right-click on Project Navigator and select Logic User Settings from the option displayed.

Option 2: Right-click on Program and select Logic User Settings from the option displayed.
Selecting the Ladder Numbering tab brings up the following options:
Rung Number Ruler
For purpose of referencing, the Rung Number Ruler displays both Rung Number (only rows with logic terminated at the left-side power rail are numbered with a Rung Number) and Line Numbers (every row, empty or not, is numbered with a Line Number). The user can choose to display either, both, or neither.

Show Line Numbers: Line Numbers are displayed in the Rung Number Ruler.

Show Rung Numbers: Rung Numbers are displayed in the Rung Number Ruler.

Both: Both Line and Rung numbers are displayed in the Rung Number Ruler.
